• No Refund After Order Placement: Once an order has been placed, we do not offer refunds, either in cash or via bank transfer. This policy is in place because our products are made to order, ensuring the freshness and quality of our offerings.

  •  Unanswered Delivery Attempts: In cases where the client does not answer the delivery person's call after 3 attempts, the order will be deemed canceled and nonrefundable. Our items are freshly prepared for each order and cannot be repurposed for another client.

  • Location Change Requests: If the client requests to change the delivery location after the order has been dispatched, any delays and the potential loss of freshness of the product will be the client's responsibility.

- Quality Issues: If the cancellation or return is due to a mistake or quality issue on our part (e.g., incorrect item delivered or product not meeting our high standards), please contact us immediately. 
We are committed to rectifying such issues by offering a replacement order, a voucher for future use, or, in exceptional cases, a refund.
